Types of Go Kits

There are 3 basic types of Go Kits or deployment kits that you could have packed, ready to go, in a moments notice.  You can find several versions on the internet.

All ARES members should have at least the basics at hand, ready at all times. Emergencies seldom give warning!

Keep in mind – the area that you are going to assist in will probably be without power/heat, water and telephone services. Be ready to GO!  Have your Go Kits ready to grab and go.  Below are suggested generalized items for each type of Go Kit.
